- Experience in western / mediterranean cuisine.
- Involves in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production.
- Ensure food quality and consistency in food production.
- Maintain minimum wastage and waiting period for serving.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
- Minimum 3 years culinary experience or skills.
- Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays.
- Possess positive work attitude and able to work in fast pace environment.
