Responsibilities

- Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow‑ups, and reminders.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from patients and healthcare providers.
- Assist with medical billing, insurance verification, and claims processing.
- Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) and patient databases.
- Transcribe medical dictations and prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence.
- Conduct patient intake by gathering medical history, symptoms, and other necessary details.
