About the Role

Snapscale is seeking a skilled Medical Virtual Assistant with Ophthalmology experience to support a US-based Ophthalmology clinic in an onsite setup . In this role, you will be responsible for insurance verification, prior authorization processing, patient scheduling, appointment coordination, inbound call handling, and EMR management to ensure a seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience supporting U.S. Ophthalmology practices and is knowledgeable in patient coordination, insurance workflows, and healthcare administration.
