Medical Virtual Assistant

What you’ll do:

• Call patients and assist with appointment booking
• Review insurance details and explain coverage
• Schedule appointments based on urgency and patient needs
• Keep accurate records of calls and updates

What we’re looking for:

• Prior experience in a similar role (healthcare or dental preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident on calls and professional with patients
• Hardworking and reliable
• Comfortable working night shifts

Plaza 44s, Avenue F, Bahria Phase 7, near Shaheen Chowk, Rawalpindi (Commercial hub with easy access and offices nearby )
