**Duties:** Perform complex laboratory procedures and tests in areas such as blood bank, chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology using established protocols and procedures. Monitor, screen, and troubleshoot devices, tests, and procedures to identify anomalies and make corrections to ensure quality. Evaluate specimens for testing, utilize appropriate criteria, and uphold established performance standards. Apply established criteria for testing, and analyze entire testing process from preparation, conducting test, functioning of devices, and procedures to ensure quality test results.
