+ Conduct outbound calls to patients for scheduling and follow-up
+ Handle insurance authorizations and verify required documentation
+ Communicate with physician offices regarding patient scheduling needs
+ Scan and upload patient documents into EPIC
+ Assist schedulers and support overall scheduling workflow
+ Maintain accurate and timely patient records
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
