- Proactively source and track tenders through PhilGEPS, other official procurement portals, bidding boards, public announcements, and strategic networking
- Submit weekly PhilGEPS monitoring reports with a clear status update on each opportunity, including deadlines, eligibility requirements, and recommended next actions.
- Conduct preliminary compliance checks and coordinate internally to support go/no-go decisions.
- Maintain a continuously updated database of leads, tender notices, bid outcomes, and agency contacts.
