**Position Summary:**

The **Coder** **II** applies intermediate-level coding knowledge to accurately assign diagnosis and procedure codes using **ICD-10-CM,** **ICD-10-PCS,** **and** **CPT-4** classification systems. This role reviews clinical documentation for coding accuracy and compliance, monitors bill hold reports, and collaborates with leadership to support coding quality initiatives.
