Medical Receptionist

Law Medical Group Practice , located in Wembley, is seeking a reliable and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team. The practice is committed to delivering high-quality primary care services to our local community and supporting patients through efficient administrative and clinical support systems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the multidisciplinary team by undertaking a range of reception and patient‑facing duties. This includes managing appointments through EMIS , handling patient queries, processing incoming correspondence, and ensuring that important information is accurately directed to the relevant clinicians.

The role will involve front‑of‑house responsibilities, including welcoming and directing patients, responding to queries, and assisting patients both in person and over the phone in a professional and efficient manner.
