Medical Receptionist Part-Time (25 Hours per Week)


We are a small, friendly EMIS/DOCMAN GP practice located on the south side of Glasgow and are looking to recruit a Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming team.


Core hours:

  • Monday: 2:00 pm 6:00 pm

  • Tuesday: 1:00 pm 6:00 pm

  • Wednesday: 9:00 am 6:00 pm

  • Friday: 9:00 am 6:00 pm

    • Applicants must also be flexible to provide additional cover for staff sickness and annual leave when required.


    Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients and handling enquiries in person and by telephone

  • Booking and managing appointments

  • Processing prescriptions and handling medical correspondence

  • General administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the practice
