Role Description We are hiring a Medical Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support a smooth, professional patient experience at our clinic.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical facility required — clinic experience preferred over hospital (gynecology or aesthetic clinic experience a strong plus)
• Experience handling insurance claims
• Proficient with clinic/patient management software and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
• Arabic language speaker - a plus
