Mardamed Healthcare is looking for a Medical Head / Healthcare Operations Leader to lead a modern multi-specialty healthcare center at Mantri Square Mall, Bangalore .

Who we are looking for:

• MBBS with MD (Hospital Administration) / MHA / MBA Healthcare (preferred)
• 6+ years of leadership experience in hospital or healthcare operations
• Strong exposure to NABH, clinical governance, medico-legal compliance, operations, hiring, vendor management, and business growth

Role mandate:

Lead and scale operations across Diagnostics, Radiology, OT, OPD, Pharmacy, and allied services while building a high-performance, patient-centric organization.
