Position Summary

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of the Manager or designate, the Medical Laboratory Technologist performs technical work involved in the duties associated with laboratory test procedures. In addition, the Medical Laboratory Technologist evaluates and verifies results and prepares related reports.

Relevant Fields of Practice needed for this position are: Haematology, Clinical Chemistry and Transfusion Medicine (Science)

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days, Evenings, Nights, 08:00 to 16:00, 16:00 to 08:00 (rotating) On call - 16:00 to 08:00
