Medical Laboratory Technician

Actalent is hiring an MLT! This role performs laboratory and phlebotomy testing to support clinical operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable test results. The Medical Laboratory Technician applies in-depth knowledge of the clinical significance of laboratory findings, operates and monitors high-tech instrumentation, and follows established safety procedures to support high-quality patient care.
The standard schedule is a first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with every other weekend required.
Responsibilities
+ Perform laboratory testing and phlebotomy procedures in support of clinical operations, ensuring accuracy, precision, and timeliness of results.
+ Interpret and understand the clinical significance of laboratory results and communicate findings clearly and promptly.
