Position Summary
The Medical Front Office Trainer at Bedford Commons OBGYN is responsible for onboarding, training, and developing front office staff across all practice locations. This role promotes consistent workflows, exceptional patient service, and adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The Front Office Trainer serves as a key resource for front office team members, conducts quality audits and coaching, supports the Front Office Manager with training initiatives and process improvements, and provides hands-on front desk coverage as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Onboarding
+ Lead the orientation and onboarding process for all newly hired medical receptionists.
+ Deliver hands-on instruction for Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) software.
