**Position Purpose** :

Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant ready to make a difference in our West Hartford Primary Care Practice? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic care team! In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see, playing a vital part in delivering high-quality care. You’ll escort patients to exam rooms, take and document vital signs, update medical histories, and ensure accurate charting in the electronic medical record. Your role is key in supporting our providers and creating a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
