This position will support the Sports Cardiology Program. Our Sports Cardiology Program is a specialized pediatric cardiology clinic designed for children and teens who participate in competitive athletics or high level of exercise. **The primary location is Seattle, however, in the future staff may be required to travel to other sites including Everett, Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton.**

Provide coordination services to patients within designated sub-specialty populations. Services will begin with the evaluation/diagnosis of the patient, continuing throughout the care continuum, including the follow-up care needed to maintain access and continuity of care.
