Key Responsibilities
- Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound patient calls as part of the Annual Wellness Program.
- Serve as the key point of contact for patients, scheduling telehealth and in‑home clinician visits.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (B2 level or higher).
