• Work with the Marketing department to develop training programs and train the sales team on product knowledge and skills.
• Collect, analyze scientific and market information to develop product training content and design ideas for advertising and product introduction materials.
• Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure implementation and skills development.
• Present and introduce products at seminars at hospitals or other seminars.
• Support the sales team by providing scientific and marketing materials related to the product and meeting with Key Opinion Leaders when needed.
