Medical Aid Consultant

• Provide professional medical aid advice and guidance to employees and members
• Conduct member consultations and needs analyses
• Assist with new applications, upgrades, downgrades, and benefit changes
• Resolve member queries and liaise with medical schemes where required
• Conduct onsite member education and awareness sessions
• Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with FAIS, TCF, and company compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate client records and complete all required documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and stakeholders.

Please note that this position is based in Burgersfort, Limpopo. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Burgersfort and surrounding areas. However, candidates currently based elsewhere in Limpopo who are willing to relocate to Burgersfort will also be considered.
