As Medical Affairs Director for Spain, you will lead the Medical Affairs strategy across multiple therapeutic areas and guide a national team of Medical Advisors and MSLs. You will translate scientific insights into strategic actions, align medical plans with business goals, and drive high-impact medical education and evidence-generation initiatives. You will influence senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to support patient outcomes and lifecycle activities.
