• Lead digital transformation initiatives that integrate Real-World Evidence (RWE) and advanced analytics to demonstrate product value and enhance patient outcomes.
• Develop and execute cohesive omnichannel engagement strategies that align Medical Affairs and Commercial teams for a seamless personalized experience for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Utilize AI and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights, personalize scientific and promotional content and optimize customer engagement across all digital channels.
• Architect and oversee the evolution of digital ecosystems, including HCP and patient portals, to drive superior customer experience (CX) and scientific exchange.
• Drive launch excellence by creating agile, data‑driven content strategies that effectively communicate the product's value proposition to payers, providers and patients.
