The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the media staff in Marketing Directorate. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the media staff, ensuring the Marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet the customer needs. Represents the organization with a variety of councils, boards, working groups, and panels. Exercises supervisory personnel management. Serves as a senior advisor for Media Marketing. Ensures media campaigns align with the overall agency strategic communication plans and are targeted to capitalize on trending topics relevant to demographics.
