Mechatronics Engineer (Water & Industrial Systems) – Cape Town - R20 000 to R25 000 We are recruiting a Mechatronics Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team focused on the design, automation, and optimisation of advanced water filtration and treatment systems Key highlights of the role: Design and integrate mechanical, electrical, and control systems for industrial equipment Develop and support automation solutions (PLC, HMI, VSDs) Commission, test, and troubleshoot systems on-site and in-house Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance, and technical documentation Requirements: Degree in Mechatronics or related engineering discipline 2–5 years of experience in mechatronic systems, automation, or industrial environments PLC experience (Siemens preferred) and strong understanding of sensors, motors, and control systems Experience in water treatment or process industries is advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to work on technically challenging ...
