Job Description
- Maintenance & routine servicing of vehicles including buses / coaches / trucks
- Carry out breakdown mechanical repair, trouble‑shoot bus/vehicle mechanical parts, electrical systems, alternator, starters
- Carry out changing of clutch, brakes, linings, adjustment, and any necessary mechanical parts repair or replacement, including checking & testing
- Overhaul engine
- Address customer complaints and enhance customer service
- Assembly chassis driveline & supports chassis integration activities with body
- Assembly of chassis driveline including Suspension System & its Tuning, Braking systems & its tuning, steering systems and gear box systems, engine & powertrain, electrical/electronics of systems
- Work with Engineering team & production team across multi-discipline to ensure the vehicle is built according to specifications, drawings & work instructions
