Mechanical Trade Assistant

Are you a mechanically minded professional ready to hit the ground running? We have an immediate requirement for two candidates to join the facility maintenance team supporting Wellington/Wider Wellington Hospitals for a 3-month contract.

You’ll be stepping in to assist the existing fitting team with crucial mechanical maintenance, keeping vital healthcare infrastructure running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Qualified Mechanical Fitter OR a Trade Assistant with a proven, strong mechanical aptitude.
• Reliability: High level of punctuality and a solid work ethic.
• Hospital Compliance: Hospital sites require high safety, security, and hygiene standards. You must be clear-headed, safety-conscious, and willing to adhere strictly to health and safety protocols.
• Availability: Ready to start ASAP and commit to a 3-month assignment.
