Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician to join their growing Aircraft Seat Bay team.
Mechanical Technician Roles and Responsibilities:
* Inspect aircraft seats and diagnose repair requirements
* Disassemble, clean and prepare seat assemblies for repair
* Carry out mechanical repairs and component replacements
* Reassemble aircraft seat sets to approved standards and deadlines
* Work in accordance with technical manuals and repair instructions
* Complete all work in compliance with Part 145 regulatory requirements
* Follow company procedures, quality standards and health & safety policies
* Maintain high standards of workshop housekeeping and organisation
* Accurately complete all required documentation and system records
