Mechanical Technician

The Mechanical Technician is responsible for independently executing mechanical maintenance and repair activities in support of safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role works under general supervision and supports mechanical engineers and supervisors with planning, execution, documentation, and continuous improvement of mechanical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• 3+years of pump/air compressor maintenance experience.
• Estimate workload and required resources to establish realistic job completion dates
• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on mechanical equipment, including pumps and air compressors
• Execute work in accordance with approved job plans, drawings, and procedures
• Support mechanical engineers with the planning, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment
