Mechanical Supervisor – Wembley – FM Service Provider – Up to £60,000 per annum
CBW are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a prestigious multi-tenant commercial campus in Wembley. This is an excellent opportunity to supervise a team of 6–7 engineers within a modern, technically challenging environment, delivering first-class building maintenance across a vibrant mixed-use estate occupied by a diverse range of commercial tenants.
Working closely with the Contract Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of the site's mechanical building services, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems, chilled water, LTHW, pumps, pressurisation units, and associated plant. You will provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, assist with project works, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest engineering standards.
