The Mechanical Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, installation, and repair of mechanical systems and components, whether these activities are planned or unplanned, on the equipment included in the scope of the O&M contract.

_Roles and Responsibilities_

+ The O&M Mechanical Technical must possess the knowledge to perform interventions on the various mechanical equipment of a thermal power plant. Power generation and support equipment includes gas turbines, steam turbines, diesel engines, generators, triple-pressure heat recovery steam generators, air compressors, motors, pumps, piping (air, water, steam), and valves.
+ Diagnosing the cause of mechanical failures or malfunctions of operating equipment such as pumps, compressors, valves, and piping. You must be able to communicate the findings to all stakeholders.
