Mechanical Project Manager

We are working with a well-established Mechanical & Electrical building services contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects across the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in Newcastle .

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially astute Project Manager to take ownership of mechanical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Day-to-day management of Site Managers, apprentices, and coordination with Project Coordinators and other internal teams (Pre-Construction & Design, Operations).

* Oversee design compliance, technical submissions, and ensure all works align with project specifications, contractor proposals, and employer requirements.
