Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out (CAT A & B)

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing and ambitious contractor specialising in commercial fit out projects across London.

This role will suit someone who enjoys managing multiple fast-moving projects and wants to be part of a business that is scaling up, offering genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role:

You will take responsibility for 2–3 concurrent commercial CAT A & CAT B fit out projects , with a combined mechanical value of around £1 million . Working closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams, you will oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
