CarmichaelUK is recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to join a major long-term redevelopment project at a high-security Royal Navy site in Plymouth. This role is critical in overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of a complex M&E package as part of a wider infrastructure upgrade.
Please note: Due to the secure nature of the site, BPSS clearance is mandatory. Only candidates with an EU, NATO, 5 Eyes, or MISWG member passport who have lived in the UK for the past 5 years can be considered.

Lead the safe planning, procurement, and delivery of mechanical works on site.
Coordinate with internal and client teams to review and optimise designs.
Drive delivery to meet quality, safety, cost, and programme requirements.
