Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Design & Development: - Create and develop detailed 3D models and drawings for mechanical systems components and assemblies.

Perform design calculations (stress analysis tolerance stack-up DFMA etc.) to ensure reliability and functionality.

Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for components and systems

Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing favourable terms and timely delivery.

Understand project requirements specifications and constraints to deliver cost-effective and efficient design solutions.

Ensure all designs comply with relevant international standards codes and safety regulations.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation specifications and reports.

Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) technical drawings and specifications for production.
