Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities.
- Plan and schedule equipment upkeep and maintenance record, including preparing reports.
- Investigate, analyze, and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
- Experience handling in pumps and motors, aircon system and mechanical ventilation system and work well as a team.
- Upkeep proper filing system for maintenance records.
- Scheduling for preventive maintenance works.
- Managing all types of maintenance breakdowns and ensure all faults are attended.
- Conduct routine inspection of the premises.
- Site meeting and liaising with client.
