Vacancy Description
+ Perform technical analysis associated with the assigned task area for problems with specific objectives and requiring investigation of a limited number of variables
+ Some exercise of judgment is required on task details and in making recommendations on technical alternatives, component design or selection, and/or adaptation to meet assigned requirements
+ Research and select materials based on customer’s strength requirements or tooling requirements
+ Create drawings from 3D Models in accordance with ASME standards
+ Reverse engineer parts and assemblies using standard Machine Shop Inspection tools and equipment to fill in missing or incorrect data in drawings
+ Manage projects and coordinate all procurement and fabrication to meet the program cost and schedule requirements
+ Utilize derived requirements to design aircraft components and perform FEA to prove sufficient strength
