Mission Details

Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, HSE and Manufacturing Technology teams to manage mechanical-related MOE (Maintenance Operational Excellence) activities, including: Preventive Maintenance (PM), Vibration Inspection (VIS), Root Cause Analysis / Experience Sharing (RCA/REX), Turnaround Planning, Management of Change (MOC), Lubrication and Vibration Management, SAP Master Data Management, and reliability-related KPIs.Ensure all mechanical maintenance work complies with HSEQ standards (perform JSA/SWP, safety meetings, BBS, quick audits, incident investigations, participate in PHA, manage contractors).Develop work instructions and guidelines for technicians and contractors; provide hands-on training and cross-training.Monitor and manage mechanical spare parts inventory; lead or participate in equipment failure RCA and share REX within the organization.Drive continuous improvement (Green Belt,...
