About the Role

Engineering Co-op role is based in our GTA office and is designed for a current university student seeking a 12–18 month placement to complement their studies. You are a motivated, curious, and collaborative team player who is eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and mechanical building services while learning from a team of dynamic project managers and senior project managers. In this role, you will build practical skills in communication, coordination, and construction project delivery while working closely with internal teams, clients, and senior leadership in a professional consulting environment.
