Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering 7-10 years of Manufacturing supporting sustaining manufacturing and production teams SolidWorks to create and experience maintaining 3D parts, assemblies, and detailed drawings Experience with APQP/ Phase Gates: (Apply DFMEA, PFMEA, Design Reviews, Test plans) Experience with: Plastics, machined components, Electromechanical assemblies, IP Sealing concepts Ensure all required deliverables are completed despite compressed timelines. Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt a plus) Spanish and or Japanese is a plus
Responsibilities:
Lead variance studies with close collaboration with industrial and with manufacturing team Update all designs including: Design for Manufacturability (DFM/DFA), Design for Cost, and Design for Plan and support testing to validate design changes, including fun...
