Mechanical Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify detailed mechanical drawings using CAD software.
• Develop manufacturing and assembly drawings in accordance with engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with design engineers, production teams, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant industry standards and company requirements.
• Maintain and update drawing registers, revisions, and engineering documentation.
• Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and associated technical documentation.
• Assist with design improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support manufacturing processes by providing technical draughting expertise.

Minimum Requirements:

• National Diploma or relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering Draughting.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Draughtsman within a manufacturing, mining, or heavy engineering environment.
