Mechanical Design Engineer – Semiconductor Tooling

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Semiconductor Tooling Design specialist in Singapore. The role involves designing and developing semiconductor tools, along with planning and costing of mechanical modules. Candidates should have at least 3 years of design experience in semiconductor tooling and proficiency with CAD software.

Additional experience with high-speed pick and place systems and vision applications will be advantageous. The position is full-time, offering a salary range of $3500 - $6000.
