Mechanical Design Engineer

Description
Develop and support new Power Products technologies from concept through mass production.
Create and refine 2D/3D CAD designs (CATIA) while ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
Lead prototype builds, supplier collaboration, cost analysis, and production implementation.
Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and cross-functional team communication.
Drive quality improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, innovation, and manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field), 2+ years of engineering experience, CAD proficiency, and strong knowledge of FMEA, FTA, tolerance stack-ups, and problem-solving methods.
Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills required.
Travel and occasional overtime may be required based on project needs.
