Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our innovative and fast-growing company. The position requires creativity and thinking out-of-the-box to design and develop innovative ideas, resolve work-related problems or equipment upgrade. The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for providing efficient solutions to the design & development of products, ranging from small component designs to extremely large plant, machinery or vehicles, serving as means for executing the company’s offshore cable installation and protection projects. Furthermore, the Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for various engineering analyses via finite or discrete element methods (FEM/DEM) through specialized software, for the designed and constructed products, in the context of continuous asset improvement, innovation and meeting current and future project requirements.
