MECHANICAL BIM MODELER

Job Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing and firefighting) using Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD based on design inputs and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with mechanical engineers and other disciplines (electrical, structural, architectural) to ensure fully integrated and clash‑free models.
• Generate accurate design drawings, shop drawings, sections and schedules from BIM models in compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Contribute to the implementation and adherence of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company BIM standards.
• Participate in coordination and review meetings; assist in clash detection/resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Update models in response to design changes, RFIs and client feedback throughout design development and construction documentation phases.
