We are seeking a committed Mechanical Assembler with at least one year of experience in mechanical assembly within an electronic or mechanical manufacturing environment. This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity for six months, requiring the ability to submit to a drug test. The role is full-time, based in our Plano, TX facility, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and understand assembly drawings.
+ Assemble and build mail automation equipment.
+ Use both hand and power tools to assemble equipment.
+ Work independently and within a team, depending on project requirements.

**Essential Skills**

+ Ability to read assembly drawings.
+ Recognize parts such as pulleys, bearings, springs, and gears.
+ Identify hardware including screws, bolts, nuts, washers, and snap rings.
