Job Summary The Automotive & Plant Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing all types of motor vehicles and plant machinery used within the factory. The role requires strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, preventive maintenance experience, and the ability to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, electrical, and engine faults on vehicles and plant machines.
Carry out preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing on company vehicles and factory machinery.
Repair and maintain trucks, forklifts, loaders, generators, compressors, and other industrial equipment.
Inspect and replace worn-out parts such as brakes, bearings, filters, belts, hoses, and suspension systems.
