Mechanic Helper

**Starting Rate of Pay: $32.88 per hour**
**Job Duties:**
+ Perform odorant (sniff) tests as required.
+ Perform regulator maintenance at various district regulator stations as needed.
+ Perform pressure adjustments throughout the distribution system as needed.
+ Inspection and maintenance on emergency shut-down valves as required.
+ Perform odorizer inspection and maintenance at various gate stations as needed.
+ Perform valve repairs at regulation and gate stations as needed.
+ Install, operate, and maintain boilers, panel, and pilot heaters.
+ Purge and pickle gas mains.
+ Assist with pressure-in-place projects or up rates on gas distribution systems.
