MEA Alliances Manager - Telecommunications (OSS/BSS)

Develop and execute the MEA alliance strategy aligned with Oracle Communications business objectives.Identify, prioritize and grow relationships with Global System Integrators and strategic ecosystem partners.Define compelling joint value propositions that create mutual business value for Oracle partners and customers.Establish and maintain strategic alliance roadmaps that support long-term regional growth.

Serve as the primary strategic contact for key alliance partners across executive sales, product, marketing, and technical trusted executive relationships that foster collaboration and long-term strategic alignment.Establish governance frameworks including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive steering committees, and joint planning sessions.Proactively identify and resolve partnership challenges while maintaining strong executive engagement.
