Job Description
- Review all the tender drawings and specifications to understand the scope of work upon receiving the invitation from the main contractor, consultant, or clients.
- Source for suppliers and request for quotation.
- Estimating, taking off the bill quantities and measuring the ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary and Electrical services from the tender drawings for commercial buildings and industrial building.
- Price comparison and costing summary.
- Preparing all relevant administration and documentation for Tender submission, such as technical data, schedule of unit rate, catalogue submission.
- Resource management, coordination with supplier and sub-contractors.
- Attend to clients’ inquiries and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Work with project engineer to ensure compliance with contracts and monitoring of project costs.
