Job Description
- Responsible for handling contracts and progress claims.
- Assist the manager on contractual matters and variation claims.
- Support the manager in requesting quotations, cost estimation, and preparing cost comparisons.
- Liaise with consultants on contract-related issues.
- Assessment and preparation of sub‑contractor's claim.
- Responsible for the preparation of final accounts.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Mechanical and Electrical).
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (preferably in Singapore).
- Strong understanding of construction estimating methods, cost control principles, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
